Updates you should know about.

There is have been so much going on at The Bug Hub, We want to thank all of you who have been patient. We want to start communicating with more detail to help ensure good products and service to great customers like yourself.

 

Holiday shipping policy is now in place:

Shipping delays are to be expected as the holidays approach. Starting on November 22nd, we strongly advise sending 2-Day or next-day delivery with hold for pickup due to these delays. We want to deliver your live things to you safely, therefore we kindly ask for your patience while we take the necessary safety measures.

-Orders ship between Tuesdays and Fridays, however, orders containing live items will not ship on Thursdays.

-Due to large volume shipping on all carriers from Black Friday and holiday order delivery, we won't be mailing any live orders the week of November 28. Any purchase that simply includes dry products will be sent routinely.

-There will be no LAG between November 25th and December 20th if you do not select 2 Day or next-day shipping with hold pickup for your shipping method. No exceptions. this does not pertain to any orders that have been placed and are currently waiting to be shipped. All existing orders will be fulfilled as soon on schedule or when weather permits due to extreme cold or shipping carrier delays. ( Does not affect dry good orders only)

-No live orders will ship between December 20th and January 9th to avoid holiday delays. Orders placed will be held until then. Please understand that if you place an order for shipping and cannot wait until the schedule or policy, your order will be canceled, and your refund will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Extreme Cold Climate Shipping

We ship all year long, however, we reserve the right to suspend orders if the temperature is dangerously low. To protect the animals, we always send in insulated boxes with climate-controlled packing as necessary.  We will contact you to confirm that your order is being held for this reason. If you are expecting an update on your purchase but have not received anything, please check your spam folder.
