Shipping Update - Winter Shipping Policy Change for next winter
Dear valued customers,
We are writing to inform you of a change in our shipping policy due to the severe winter weather conditions this year. As you may be aware, we have experienced significant carrier delays and many customers have been upset that we were unable to ship their orders on time or have had to postpone shipping.
After careful consideration, we have decided that this will be the last time we attempt to ship any live items during the winter months starting next winter. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, but we believe it is in the best interest of our customers and the well-being of the live items we ship.
